Have dealt with builders before, but McLachlan Homes has exceeded all our expectations. From initial contact to completion, it’s been a seamless experience. All staff from sales to supervisor to office staff have made this build a great experience. All trades and suppliers involved in building our home have also been great and very approachable. All I can say it’s been an 11 out of 10 experience and would have no hesitation in recommending McLachlan Homes.

After researching and obtaining quotes from builders for a home build, McLachlan was the choice not only for the design and price but all of the inclusions, no hidden costs and also guaranteeing to build within a specified time frame. Rob, Luke and Stacey-Lee were the team assigned to my build and they were accommodating, professional in understanding the style specification and consulted and kept me informed during the stages of the build.

It has been a great pleasure working with you all. I feel the home owner’s anxiety has been minimized with Mclachlan during the build process. I have the strong feeling that Mclachlan is a well organized being, sticking to contractual promises. They were outstanding! From the initial discussion with the wonderful Niel who worked with us on the plans to the on-site work with Luke the supervisor and the team of happy workers, the whole job went like clockwork. Thanks also to the office staff – Cody, always helpful and cheerful and Angela who looked after the progress payments in a timely and very polite way. Every Friday, Luke would update us on the progress for the week and work scheduled for the upcoming week. A few little issues as you would expect but Luke was all over them and they were sorted with a minimum of fuss.
